The main part of Surin Beach Town is quickly adapting to the
new tourism base in this area. There are the traditional
"pick and point" restaurants, as well as the newer
restaurants that even have English language menus.
The main part of town, along the main highway, is quickly
adding new restaurants, a few spas, mini-markets, and even a
few condo resorts. Things are changing along this stretch
of road and you will find more restaurants and
tourist-oriented shops almost every time you pass through
the town. But - it still retains its small town feeling.
The Beach Road part of Surin Town runs along several small
hotels, a few new-ish resorts, TwinPalms, the Marriott
Courtyard and then on to the Chedi and Amanpuri Resorts.
Head around the corner on that road and your will find
yourself at the south end of Bang Tao Bay.
Surin Beach is between Kamala and Bang Tao Beaches and is
beginning to grow quickly as its neighbors develop.
