Bars and Live Music in the Bang Tao and Cherng Talay area

The Tinlay area is where most of the expatriates that live on this part of the island go for dinner, to party, or just to talk "shop".  There you should find music at BB's Pub, sometimes at Pepper's Bar and a variety of other Westerner-oriented and tourist-oriented restaurants that come and go with some regularity.

Ask around - things change frequently and during high season there will likely be many more places with live music than in low season.

 On the south end of Cherng Talay, right before heading in to Bang Tao - turn right just after the Tesco-Lotus supermarket and follow the road for about 500 meters to The Residence to find the Red Room at the lounge - they sometimes have live music on the weekends.
